As the saying goes behind every successful man there is an exhausted women, with Andrew this is no exception!

Lucy is the behind the scenes organizer and planner of the day to day running of the shop. Although preferring to have a low profile she has a hands on approach to the business and can be seen working on the shop floor helping maintain the high standards which she expects her staff to achieve.
